SPRING DINNER 2025

We are so excited to invite you to our second Spring Chef Dinner! This event features dishes that highlight all things spring, with ingredients sourced from Waybird as well as other local farms. We are working with Chef Mark Serdula, who has cooked around Atlanta at restaurants like Bacchanalia and Georgia Boy. We’re so excited to see what he has in store for Waybird.
You can expect 5-6 courses, this time starting near the greenhouse and ending up seated in the barn. When you buy tickets you can indicate who you would like to be seated with (i.e. if you are coming in a group but not all buying tickets together) and we will organize seats accordingly.
Wine pairings will be available for purchase through 3 Parks Wine Shop, selected specifically to compliment our menu by the amazing Sarah Pierre herself. If you purchase a pairing, the bottle(s) will be waiting for you in the barn! If you’re not a wine drinker, you are welcome to bring anything else you’d like to sip on.
We are grateful to all of you for supporting us, and so excited to host another dinner to kick off the spring season.
A few more things to note:
Limited seating: We’re limiting this event to 40 people, adults only.
Rideshare: Uber/Lyft is available and encouraged! Waybird is just 25 minutes from Atlanta. We’ll have a space for rideshare drivers to pull in and turn around in our driveway.
Dietary restrictions: Some dishes will be allergen-free and we will make substitutions where we can, though we can’t promise there won’t be cross-contamination if you have a severe allergy. You can indicate any dietary restrictions (including vegetarian!) when you purchase tickets and we will reach out if we need additional information or cannot accommodate. If you have questions before you buy a ticket, let us know and we will pass it along to Mark so we can find out if our menu will work for you!
Inclement weather: If it’s going to be super cold or rainy we will…cry, and then we’ll email everyone who RSVPed if we have to postpone. We do have heaters that can warm up the barn if it’s a bit chilly, but bring a jacket.
Cancellations: If you buy a ticket and need to cancel, please let us know as soon as possible. There’s a good chance we’ll be able to find a guest to buy your ticket, but if you are cancelling within a week of the event we cannot offer a refund.
