we’re not a typical wedding venue, but you’re probably here because you’re not a typical couple.

Some things to note:

We only book a few weddings per year, and we have a limit of 75 people, including you. We want to maintain the thriving ecosystem here at Waybird, as well as respect our amazing neighbors, abide by city ordinances and ensure our team has time to rest.
We have tables and chairs that seat 40, an outdoor bathroom, as well as outdoor and indoor kitchens. We do not have a commercial kitchen (maybe someday!) but we’ve had plenty of beautiful meals catered here.
Waybird is best suited for folks wanting to create their own custom experience, as we don’t have in-house catering, decorations, etc. We have great vendor recommendations!

in The barn

We have an open-air barn that seats 40-50 people comfortably. It is open on three sides, with the fourth side containing a bar area, kitchen with woodfire oven, and storage room. We also have an outdoor bathroom.

For larger groups, we recommend renting a tent, tables and chairs to meet your needs. We do not have an indoor space as a backup in case of inclement weather.

Most ceremonies are held down by the pond where there is an open grassy area visible from the barn.
